How many Treatments? Depending on the reason for seeking a healing treatment, you may need 1 or a series of 6 treatments.
To get maximum benefits, a series of 3 to 6 treatments with 1 to 2 weeks apart is recommended. Once you see yourself improving, you can space out treatments to once a month or six weeks apart.
By allowing at least 1 to 2 weeks in between treatments create space for you to consciously and subconsciously process the treatment.

How to Prepare for Healing Treatment:
- Please do not wear any colognes or perfumes.🙏
- Wear something comfortable, wear socks.
- No jewelry. No metal belts, buckles. (Rings are fine)
- No more than 1 cup of coffee or caffeinated beverage 3 hours before treatments.
- "Do not" drink alcoholic beverages, smoke weed, or use any drug substances.
- Have a light breakfast or lunch.
- Please refrain from eating for 1 hour before your appointment.
- There will be vibrations from bowls, fork, chanting down the back & front part (the chakras) of the body.
- If you are feeling sick, please inform me beforehand. "We will need to cancel & reschedule."
- If you have any sensitivities to certain smells or incense. Please advise me before the treatment day.
