Day 7 — Ghami → Tsarang (3,560 m) 🕐 5–6 hours trekking Cross a high pass and descend to Tsarang — once the capital of the Mustang kingdom. Visit the ancient Tsarang monastery and crumbling royal palace. Overnight in a lodge.
Day 8- Tsarang→Lo Manthang (3,840 m) 🕐 4–5 hours trekking The final ascent to the walled city of Lo Manthang — the heart of the ancient Kingdom of Lo. Enter through the single gate into a world of whitewashed buildings, monasteries, and Tibetan Buddhist culture preserved for centuries. Overnight in a lodge.
Day 9 — Lo Manthang (exploration day): Explore the four major monasteries, the royal palace, and the surrounding caves and villages—a day to absorb the stillness and depth of this extraordinary place.
Days 10–13 — Return trek to Jomsom. Retrace your route south to experience the landscape from a new perspective. Options to take alternative trails through Drakmar and Ghar Gompa (ancient cave monastery).
Day 14 — Jomsom → Pokhara → Kathmandu Morning flight to Pokhara, then onward to Kathmandu. Trek complete.

Day 4 — Namche → Dole (4,110 m) 🕐 5–6 hours trekking Leave the main Everest trail and head toward Gokyo. Trek through the rhododendron forest with views of Khumbila and Thamserku. Overnight in a lodge.
Day 5 — Dole → Machhermo (4,470 m) 🕐 4–5 hours trekking Continue up the valley through yak pastures and small settlements. Views of Cho Oyu begin to emerge. Overnight in a lodge.
Day 6 — Machhermo → Gokyo (4,790 m) 🕐 4–5 hours trekking Trek alongside the massive Ngozumpa Glacier — the largest in the Himalayas. Arrive at the stunning turquoise Gokyo Lakes, nestled beneath towering peaks. Overnight in a lodge.
Day 7 — Gokyo Ri (5,357 m) 🕐 3–4 hours to summit and return Pre-dawn climb to Gokyo Ri for one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the Himalayas — Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu all visible, along with the turquoise lakes below. Afternoon to explore the lake shore. Overnight in a lodge.
Days 8–10 — Return trek to Lukla. Descend through Machhermo, Dole, Namche Bazaar, and Phakding back to Lukla. The return feels different — lighter, with the mountains behind you.
Day 11 — Lukla → Kathmandu Morning flight back to Kathmandu. Trek complete.
🏔️ Everest Base Camp Trek Part 1 Itinerary

Day 1 Kathmandu Arrive in Kathmandu at any time. Attend the group welcome meeting.
Day 2 Kathmandu/Phakding 2610m (3-4hrs, 8Km) Catch the mountain flight to Lukla and enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas. Meet the Sherpas and begin the trek to Phakding.
The mountain flight into Lukla is spectacular and the landing an exciting beginning to the trek – one end of the runway is 60m (197ft) higher than the other.
The flight is on a small Dornier/Twin Otter, and the flight duration is generally around 25–30 minutes.
Once in Lukla, head through pine and cedar woods along the Dudh Kosi to Phakding.
Spend the next three nights trekking in the area and acclimatizing in preparation for heading to base camp.
This is a challenging trip and involves difficult trekking at high altitudes, but the whole experience is awesome!
Day 3 Phakding/Namche Bazaar 3440m ( 7h-8h 12km)
Hike to Namche Bazaar, gateway to Everest Base Camp, and spend two nights acclimatizing for the trek.
The group will hike mostly uphill today from Phakding, taking around 6 hours to reach Namche Bazaar.
An acclimatization day allows for an excursion to Thame and Khumjung, the green village.
Day 4 Namche Bazaar (3440m)During today's acclimatization day, the group will hike up to Syangboche at 3860m. Weather permitting, you will be able to spend some time here and enjoy tea or coffee while viewing the mighty Himalayas and, of course, Everest Peak. Return to Namche, where the remainder of the day is yours to rest as you please. Total time spent hiking today will be around 3 hours
Day 5 Namche Bazaar to Tengboche 3860m (6h-7h, 9-10km) Set out on a 5–6 hr trek through pine and rhododendron forests before arriving in Tengboche. Tengboche is a small village, and home to the famous Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region
Day 6 Tengboche to Dingboche 4410m (Dingboche6h-7h 10km) Trek to Dingboche, crossing bridges and rivers with sweeping views of the Himalayan region. Walk through forests and alpine meadows and search for wildlife along the way. The group will spend 2 nights in Dingboche to acclimatize.
Day 7 Dingboche (4410m) Today is an acclimatization day. Opt to hike to Chhukung or Nagarzhang Peak.
An acclimatization day here can be spent hiking up the Imja Khola to Chhukung or Nagarzhang Peak, a small summer settlement from which stunning views of Island Peak, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and the fluted ice walls flanking the Amphu Lapcha pass can be seen.
These views are one of the highlights of the entire trek.
🏔️ Everest Base Camp Trek Part 2 Itinerary
⏳ Duration 12–14 days | 🥾 Level Challenging
✨Stand quietly, this place speaks for itself.
Day 8 Dingboche/Lobuche 4930m m (6 h, 9km) Hike through alpine meadows and summer yak pastures towards the end of the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier to Lobuche, which has spectacular views of Nuptse. Today, the group will walk for about 5 hours, gradually following the trail uphill along a glacial river and through the small settlements of Dughla and Thukla.
Day 9: Everest Base Camp 5364m (Gorak Shep 5164m). (Lobuche – Gorak Shep3h,5km) Today includes a challenging climb past the Khumbu Glacier to arrive in Nuptse. From there, the group will cross the Changri Glacier to Gorakshep, and then finally enjoy the highlight of Everest Base Camp.
Day 10 Gorak Shep/Pheriche 4370m (6h,13km) Enjoy an early-morning trek to Kala Pattar for stunning sunrise views of Everest and the surrounding landscape. Later, trek to Pheriche along a mostly downhill.
Day 11 Pheriche to Kenjuma 3840m (7h,16-17km) Today, the group descends through Pangboche, the highest permanent settlement in the region, with its great gompa. The trek finishes in Kenjuma. After a long day on the trail, the evening will be spent resting and recuperating
Day 12 Kenjuma to Monjo 2835m (5h,9km) Continue our trek, a path that has both ascents and descents. The group will finish today’s downhill trek in the evening upon arrival at the small village of Monjo.
Day 13 Monjo/Lukla (5h-6h, 12-13km) The final day of our trek takes us back to Lukla, where we relax after the rigorous adventure we just undertook.
Day 14 Lukla/Kathmandu (30min) Catch the short flight back to Kathmandu, where the rest of the day is free for shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing in one of the many rooftop cafés.
Day 15 Kathmandu Depart at any time.

Day 2 ~ Tour of Kathmandu 🦋
After breakfast, take a guided tour of Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, and Bodhnath Stupa. and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
Visit this unique old town known as the City of Devotees. Explore Hindu temples, pagodas, palaces, and monuments, including the beautiful wood-carved palace in Durbar Square.
You can pick up clay pots and other souvenirs in the colorful open markets.
Enjoy a visit to the Bodhnath Stupa of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. Built in the 5th century, this UNESCO World Heritage site still attracts many pilgrims, particularly Tibetan Buddhists and local Nepalis.

Day 3 - Kathmandu to Pokhara ✨ Transportation: - Private Vehicle 7-8 Hr drive. A lively bus ride along stunning scenery brings us from Kathmandu to Pokhara.
✨ If you get motion sickness, we highly recommend taking motion sickness medicine before our drive to Pokhara. 👍
Drive to Pokhara, an enchanting town set on the shores of turquoise-hued Phewa Lake against a backdrop of snowcapped Himalayan peaks.
Nestled in a tranquil valley at an altitude of 827m (2,713 ft), beautiful Pokhara lies on a once vibrant trade route between India and Tibet.
To this day, mule trains can be seen bringing goods to trade from remote regions of the Himalayas.
This enchanting city has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks.
It's a popular spot to unwind and appreciate the beauty of nature. Drive across the mountains to the beautiful city of Pokhara.
Day 4 Pokhara to Annapurna Foothills.
Annapurna Trekking Day 1:
Drive to Birethanti for 1 hour and 15 minutes. We start trekking to Ghandruk village (5 to 6 hours). Trekking through isolated mountain villages and stunning landscapes.
Trek uphill passing the foothills of the Annapurna Region to reach Ghandruk, a charming village populated by mostly Thakalis, Gurungs, and Magars. Enjoy the spectacular scenery - it is well worth the effort.
Throughout the trek, you come across isolated mountain communities, each observing different ancestral customs and traditions, resulting in not only a visually superb expedition but also a culturally rich one.
Day 5 Trek Day 2 Ghandruk/Landruk 6h-7h
Trek to Landruk village. Soak in natural hot springs (you've earned it).
Accommodation - Hotel Hungry Eye or Similar🦋
After breakfast, enjoy a trek to Jhinu Danda, which takes approximately. 4 hrs. Spend about 2 hrs in Jhinu – through the foothills from Ghandruk to Jhinu Danda for a rest and an optional soak in the hot springs.
Continue to Landruk, enjoying the views along the way. In the afternoon, hike another 3 hrs (5-6km) through the forest of Annapurna to reach Landruk.
Day 4 Pokhara to Annapurna Foothills. Annapurna Trekking Day 1:

Trek Day 3: Trek to Ghatekhola (6hrs), enjoying gorgeous scenery along the way. For the final day of trekking. This beautiful hike takes in the spectacular scenery in route.
Upon reaching Ghatekhola, the endpoint, board a waiting private vehicle and set off on the drive back to Pokhara to enjoy a well-earned night of rest.
A 30-minute drive to Pokhara, where you will spend the night.
Day 7 Pokhara 🦋
Day tour of Pokhara: Sightseeing day: visiting the World Peace Pagoda and Shiva statue, visiting Davils Falls and Gupteshower cave, mountaineering museum.
✨Day 8 Pokhara to Kathmandu.
🦋 Private Vehicle 7-8 Hr
Arrive in Kathmandu, where you will spend the night. Take some time to explore on your own or do some last-minute shopping. In the evening, we say our goodbyes.
To conclude our adventures, we take you on an experience of the Magic that happens when you receive a Sound-frequency healing bath with crystal bowls, tuning forks, and shamanic healing.
